Similar to the hopes and dreams of anyone immigrating to the United States, Luis and Lisbel came here with the desire of one day creating financial stability for their family through owning their own business. Back in August 2011, that dream became a reality when they opened the doors to their janitorial and cleaning company, known as Ziva Cleaning today.

For over ten years, Luis and Lisbel have worked hard to establish themselves as a trusted and reliable business in their community. Family-owned and operated, the core principles that make up Ziva Cleaning come from their roots and values instilled in them from their early life in the Caribbean: hard work, dedication, and a commitment to always putting their customers first.

While their journey wasn’t easy, working long hours and encountering many challenges and obstacles along the way, including language barriers, discrimination, and the constant struggle to make ends meet, they never once gave up and their business continued to grow and thrive.

Fast forward to today, Ziva Cleaning is staffed by Luis and Lisbel and their children, and they continue to take on bigger contracts and more challenging projects. Serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Tri-State area and beyond, this family-owned business is ready to deliver exceptional cleaning services and commitment to its customers now and for years to come.
